Tlaquepaque Shopping in Sedona Arizona
|
The Tlaquepaque Shopping center is named after a suburb of Guadalajara,Mexico. This tourist spot is very serene with cobblestone pathways and water fountains, it gives one the impression of walking through a spanish village. Tlaquepaque, consists of 40+ art galleries, boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. While some may find it to be simply a tourist trap, I think this shopping center is a lot of fun to walk around and just enjoy the atmosphere. Check out the shops, view the architecture and sculptures, smell the roses, and experience Sedona. One of our favorite spots to eat is located here, the Oak Creek Brewery. They have a nice menu and great view of the red rocks of Sedona if you are sitting near the huge picture window or on the outside patio. |
