The chinese cultural center has tons of little shops where you can find all types of bamboo plants and other home decor or gifts, as well as a very nice asian grocery store, several restaurants, and a beautiful garden. They also have several festivals a year. Be sure to visit the gardens- they are a beautiful replication of landmarks from five ancient Chinese cities. The Gardens carefully adhere to Feng Shui and Ying Yang principles. While visiting the gardens-you will almost forget you are in downtown Phoenix.
