Flagstaff Arizona Vacation
One of the most fascinating things about Arizona is the difference in temperature and geography here. Most people think of hot desert when they think of Arizona, but Flagstaff is full of Ponderosa pines. Flagstaff borders the largest contiguous Ponderosa Pine forest in the continental United States. Most people would never picture this when they think of the state of Arizona. Full of surprises, Flag as it is affectionately called by locals offers beautiful mountain peaks, fall foliage and winter skiing. It is often used as a base for visiting the Grand Canyon. |
